Shipping & Delivery

Upon confirmation of payment, your order will be delivered to the ship-to address specified in your purchase. To ensure the secure delivery of your order, Asher Guhjiree does not ship orders to Post Office boxes. Shipment transit time depends on country of destination, product category and existing stock availability of the purchased product.

Estimated transit times based on stock availability:

(1) If item can be delivered by air shipment to the country of destination without restriction by international air carriers and courier companies.

(2) Due to stringent controls and regulations on shipment of liquid products by international air carriers and courier companies, shipment of our Jewellery Cleanser is expected to take longer transit time to country of destination where the item can only be delivered by sea shipment.

(3) Actual transit time is also subject to Custom clearance.

In the event that any of the ordered item is not in stock, we will advise you of the estimated delivery date via email. Estimated transit time may be increased by additional 15 to 20 business days for out-of-stock items. If you do not receive your item after the estimated transit time, please inform us at customerservice@AsherGuhjiree.com by providing your invoice as well as contact details.

Freight/Fuel charges and Import Duties and tax:

For domestic shipment in Singapore, free shipping will apply to order with aggregate order value of SGD150 or more. Multiple items for same order meeting the required minimum order value are to be delivered to a single ship-to address to enjoy free shipping.

For international shipment outside Singapore, additional freight and fuel charges will apply in addition to product cost, depending on country of destination and total weight of purchased items. Free shipping will apply to order with aggregate order value of SGD1500 or more, provided multiple items for same order are to be delivered to a single ship-to address.

All items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and assessment of the duties and taxes in accordance with that country’s national laws. Duties and taxes outside Singapore will be the full responsibility of the recipient. Please check all applicable local import duty/tax charges with your local customs office prior to placing your order, as we have no control over these charges and cannot estimate them due to differing country custom policies.
