RETURN POLICY
Every item is checked for compliance to quality standards before shipment. Return and exchange are only considered for prominent defects in product. Items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear or mishandling are not considered to be defective.
If you feel that your received item is defective, we can only replace it for the same product, subject to stock availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be replaced and we receive the returned item in the original condition received by you.
To qualify for a return or refund,
- 1) Items must be returned unused in its original condition within 5 business days of receiving item. Asher Guhjiree does not bear responsibility for lost parcels or damaged mailed-out items sent via normal mail. You are advised to opt for registered postage for tracking purposes.
- 2) Please email us immediately at customerservice@AsherGuhjiree.com with the following details :
- a) Your name and email address submitted during the product purchase
- b) Detailed description of the defect
- c) Photos of the defect
- d) Date of Purchase and Invoice number
The returned item is your responsibility until it reached our office. As soon as your returned parcel reached our office, we will verify the item is in its original unused condition. We will send you a new replacement piece or effect a refund after assessment of the item. Please include your name and return address on the back of the package.
We will bear the shipment cost for replacement of the defective item if stock is still available.
